Human Resources and Organization Development

I have an extensive 6 years of professional experience and am currently working as Head of HR for a Marketing company. I have been exposed to various areas within my experience - Administrative Support to Executives, Technical Documentation, Process Improvement, Policy Development, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, and Change Implementation.

I am strongly passionate about culture building, organizational restructuring, developing and nurturing the people aspects of the organization, process and policy development, and implementing changes.

I work with clients who desire to improve their people aspects and the organization itself through processes, procedures, and/or policy development, and people management.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management. I am a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and have attended Process Mapping and Agile/Scrum Fundamentals certifications.
