Hi, I am Christine Joy and I've worked in the BPO Industry since 2021. I worked as a Customer Service Representative, Non-Voice Technical Support, and I was also promoted as the first Quality Assurance Specialist in a growing company.
Ever since high school, I love doing Graphic Designs, Photography, Photo and Video Editing. I started practising my skills using Adobe Photoshop, then I also tried Adobe Lightroom for Photo Editing. For Video Editing, I am familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Vegas Pro, and Capcut. I also love doing Graphic Designs and contents using Canva.
I am able to make use of these skills during my BPO career whenever there's a need for a Video Presentation, Content Creation and I also helped in the designing of a website using WordPress.
That’s also why I am very interested on being a Virtual Assistant as I know in myself that I will be of great help to my clients because I’m very much eager to learn and hone my skills while contributing to the success of others.
