I am 34 years old and currently working as a Team Manager, supporting Video Service. I have been with VXI for almost 7 years and in the BPO industry for 9 years. My career began with 2 years at DIRECTV Tech Support. I then had the opportunity to apply for a SALES Account position for U-verse Blue, gaining almost 3 years of experience in that department. Subsequently, I was promoted to Quality Analyst for 2 years, continuing to support U-verse Blue. Now, I proudly serve as a Team Manager. Throughout these experiences, I have also gained knowledge in data entry, PPC, and appointment setting.
