I do know a lot about tech specially on computers because i graduated 2 years of IT Programming but i focus more on hardware support and until now i keep my self learning new things about tech so that i am updated, i am currently student again as a Criminology and doing part time job at home fixing computers/building computers for my friends. though my course focuses on programming i really didnt use the most of what i learned. to be honest im not that good in codings thats why. for hardware support or techsupport i can rate my self 9/10.
i use to work one of the BPO here in my place for Microsoft as a Sales Consultant but we do support almost all of the concern like tech/billing/sales/inquiry. i work there for almost 2 years then i got this offer to study again from my dad then i took it and quit the job.
im also good at softwares like Windows, Microsoft Office and Photoshop etc. since we also support technical assistance for that as well like installation or uninstall of softwares.
