My level of English proficiency is above average because I have been an ESL tutor for more than a year. I applied to a BPO company after teaching English, and I've been working there for more than six months. I perform exceptionally well in all of my KPIs, or key performance indicators, including originality, narrative, and engagement with the public. Writing, gig video editing, basic team management, and flexibility in the face of change are all essential abilities I managed to grow and develop. I was able to maintain my consistency, which calls for good project management and communication in order to consistently provide high-quality work.
