Hello, I’m Ma ----------- -----------, 37 years old, currently working with Wells Fargo as A Senior Account Resolution Representative for almost 5 years now. Prior to Wells Fargo I also worked as a Collection Representative at Citigroup Business Process Solution for almost 6 years. My Task as a Senior Account Resolution Representative and as a Collection Representative were almost the same. We collect past due account and offer hardship assistance if possible. We also do Skip Tracing for accounts that we weren’t able to contact. I am also a Subject Matter Expert in Wells Fargo, assisting in training such as classroom discussion, mock calls and call validation and I also a took Team POC role, hence if my supervisor is not available I look after the team’s performance and do mentoring/coaching as well. In total, I have 10 years of collection experience ranging from US Mortgage (2 years), Australia Credit Cards Collection (almost 4 years), US Credit Cards Collection (4 years) and US Small Business Collection (1 year). Working with collection for how many years now, I have trainings and took online courses related to Anti-Money Laundering Act both US and Australia, as wells as Fair Debt Collection Guidelines and Consumer Lending Law for both countries. I also took other courses as well such as leadership training, basic trainer courses and front line coaching. I’m very well fit for the position because of my experience and trainings. I’m also hard-working and a responsible person.
