More recently, I broadened my professional background by working with my previous client as a Legal Assistant, Intake Specialist, and Case Manager, where I supported three mass tort cases. In this role, I was responsible for communicating with plaintiffs, assisting them with Intake paperwork, and collecting critical documentation such as medical records, data entry, Fact Sheet Drafting, and general administrative tasks
