I was a bank vault custodian of my previous job in which I handled daily cash management both cash in and payout. I also supervised five
bank personnel who transacted bank account onboarding and customer servicing. I performed bookkeeping and other related accounting tasks. I also reviewed the daily transactions of my subordinates. In addition, I was responsible for the bank cheques clearing process. Moreover, I resolved customer complaints or issues and answered customer queries through face to face encounters, phone calls/text messages, and emails. Finally, I am also good in English language and communication skill including grammar and literature.
