I am a Tourism Management graduate from the Philippines with hands-on experience in administrative support through my internship in a finance department and my involvement in academic and organizational tasks. I have developed strong skills in document management, data entry, scheduling support, and communication while working in structured and fast-paced environments.
During my internship at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, I supported payroll record organization, supplier documentation, and basic finance-related administrative tasks. I also assisted in encoding, file management, and coordination work, which strengthened my attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information. Alongside this, I gained experience in managing schedules, organizing events, and maintaining records through school and personal administrative responsibilities.
I am now looking to begin my career as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant, where I can apply my skills in organization, communication, and administrative support to help teams operate efficiently. I am eager to work in a remote setup and continue developing my expertise in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other collaboration platforms.
