After moving back Philippines in 2021, I became a QA for Oasis, Plan of Care and visit notes. I was responsible for review of Face to Face, progress notes and OASIS E documentations. Suggests corrections ensuring the contents of documentation complies with CMS and JCI standards. I also reviews plan of care prior to submission for claims.
