I've been exposed to GIS technology for more than a 15 years, I started out as a digitizer for a japanese company in ortigas where I learned the values and process of creating vector data from raster or image files, and from there worked for another company as a GIS programmer and now I'm a GIS software developer/engineer/programmer.
