I am a business manager of a retail brand for 3 years now and been in several fast paced jobs which includes direct contact with customers wherein I manage their queries, feedbacks and concerns.I understand analytical business reviews, how a business operates and had an overview on how to further improve and manage my clients businesses and needs to improve the company or any task I'm assigned with.I'm knowledgeable in handling emails, ads managements and social media marketing as I manage my own business page here in the Philippines for almost 7 years now.I undertand use of digital graphics, marketing ads and is also knowledgeable and frequently uses Canva for graphics in which I create my own posters and ads.I'm very much willing to be trained as a proffesional virtual assistant, learn copy writing and maximize my full potential in digital ars/graphics.
