I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered under the Philippine Board of Accountancy. I have over 16 years of professional experience in the audit and corporate accounting.
My audit experience includes stints in Big 4 accounting firms such as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Philippines for around four (4) years and Ernst & Young Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for over two (2) Years – both in Senior Auditor capacity.
I further served as an Internal Audit Officer (Junior Assistant Manager level) in one of the major Independent Energy Companies in the Philippines for almost a year.
From-----------(10 Years), I was employed as the Group Senior Accounting Officer of MAZ Group, a leading Aviation Consultancy and Investment Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role was under the direct supervision of the Group CFO and COO.
Having been associated with the Big Four (4) Auditing Firms and equally reputable Private Companies, I have had the opportunity and exposure to a wide variety of work experiences in external financial audits, internal audits, and corporate accounting. These experiences have provided me with both an outsider and insider view of key business processes within an organization particularly on accounting and internal control systems, corporate governance structures and regulatory as well as accounting frameworks. Equally important, it has enriched and equipped me professionally with traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an innovative, effective, and efficient manner.
