I worked in call center company since 2021 which I handled international collections account specializing in debt collection for cars, insurance, hospital bills, utility bills and more. In March 2022, I transitioned to Travel and Airlines account and a certified Global Distribution System (GDS) trained. In February 2023, I transitioned to a different company that handles short-term rental company offering apartment-style hotels wherein I trained to use SalesForce CRM software to attend chats, emails and calls from the guests in different part of the world, I also know how to use ASANA and Slack. After that, I d----------- to enter Virtual assistant in July 2023 wherein I had my first direct client from US and became a cold caller for his Real estate business for more than 1yr. In August 2024, my 2nd client came and I became an appointment setter and doing pre-surgery assessment over the phone for a colonoscopy procedure.
At this young age, I already explored a lot of different processes in BPO industry. I know that my ability to easily adapt and learn on how one’s business works guided me throughout of these.
