I have about a year and a half of experience in the BPO industry in which I handled different clients and patients that enabled me to hone and enhance my skill such as; communication skills, tool navigation, customer handling, client assisting, and many more. My greatest strength is being able to put myself on the perspective of the person I am communicating, that puts me in a position that will help me provide them the assistance or service that they are requiring.
