I have 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry, where I worked as a program manager in a call center (customer service) in a BPO setup. Additionally, I have around one year of experience in online ESL teaching. I have also worked as an Assistant to the the Transaction Coordinator for a U.S.-based real estate firm for almost 8 years, and currently work as an Real Estate Administrative Assistant for a Canadian-based real estate company.
