I was a System technical engr. who manages Unix/Windows servers, and at the same time supporting users Globally with 300+ companies related to a in-house system. I am now a NOC engr. who works full-time in an MSP, who monitors and fix issues with Networking (Palo Alto, Cisco, UniFi, Auvik), Cloud (Azure), and system/desktop issues (using NinjaRMM).
