I am currently a senior QA Officer in a food manufacturing set-up handling quality and document management systems.
I had chance of exposure in the industry of Sales for testing kits and procedures critical to food safety specific to food business and operations.
I have a total of 15 years intensive exposure and actual practice in quality assurance and food safety in the industries of food caterer for local and international flights, bread manufacturer, and condiments and sauces manufacturer, from where I became skilled in the areas of process and product audit, quality management and quality assurance systems, laboratory analyses, and sensory evaluation.
