I am a licensed Physiotherapist with six years of clinical experience in planning and administering patient treatment, writing clinical notes, and managing rehabilitation departments at a tertiary hospital in the Philippines.
While my primary background is in healthcare, I also have expertise in remote work for customer service and provider assistance. I have worked as a patient care support agent, dealing with appointment scheduling, pharmacy calls, and billing assistance for a US-based telehealth platform using Zendesk, Kustomer, and Zoho platforms for communications. I have given my best efforts for this role which led to my promotion to email support and EHR team lead, responsible for overseeing the team & ensuring that metrics are met every month.
I also have vast knowledge of various social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Tumblr, etc. as I have been using them personally to post content for more than a decade.
