On the above positions, my basic duty was to attend to clients both over the counter and phone calls. It was also an SOP to respond to emails. Visiting and calling travel agencies and our corporate accounts and holding training for updates and advancements was a monthly activity I had to prepare for. I also chose and trained new staff and prepared their weekly/monthly rosters.
Property Manager in Mallorca Spain - I have supervised the building of a private resort in Spain dealing with the Spanish contractors and my German CEO. Proper scheduling and quality control was one of my main responsibility. When property was ready I managed and scheduled clients to rent the place. I was on call for whatever clients needed. Made sure place was cleaned and readied for the next occupant. Prepared billings and expense reports. Looked after maintenance of the property both interior and exterior.
Manager/proprietor of Tita Mai Comida Natural in Spain - I was Chef and Maitre at the same time. Made sure costumers were happy with their experience in the restaurant. Spanish was generally the language, however there were a lot of English and German tourists who I had to accommodate as well. As a chef, costing and quality of our food had to be maintained. And continues policing on the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant was a must.
