I spent eight years working in an insurance company with a high volume of technical demand, answering employee and customer calls, and identifying solutions. Also acquired added skillsets in cybersecurity at my second job.
Last year, I started working and supporting a US-based company as level 1 & 2 IT support. Now I am an IT Specialist at a Property Rental company based in LA.
