I don't have any experience in BPO or VA but I trained as appointment setter under Coach Ian Baillo in his academy PASS Philippine Appointment Setter Academy and I have attended different webinars like Medical VA, Photoshop, Cold e-mail in VAME philippines, and Artificial Masterclass but honestly speaking I am not confident to start it because I know I need more trainings to attend to in order to master my niche
