I am a Customer Service personnel for the last 20 years in banking, retail store with focus on telecommunications and online booking platform.
I was assigned as Assistant Branch Supervisor of the largest telecommunications network in the Philippines. My primary role was to make sure that the Branch was able to achieve its monthly and/or yearly target. I handle various task like screening and validations of new mobile line subscription and calling existing clients to upsell or offer new or additional subscription. I also oversee several administrative task like scheduling of staffs, day-to-day bank reconciliation, inventory management, coaching of staffs for productivity, pre-screening of potential new hires and face-to-face customer support.
The last five years, I was a Chat Customer Support for Airbnb via a 3rd-party company. I handle various issues for both Host and Guest ranging from account or listing creation, booking issues, system navigations and basic disputes.
I am also Xero and Quickbooks knowledgeable and can familiarize myself with various platform with minimal supervision.
