I have worked in the BPO Industry for 7 years and had experience in Pathology (Australian Healthcare) as an associate, and Sales with Time Warner Cable (US-based). During the pandemic, the company I worked for was one of the many affected companies, so I expanded my horizons and worked as a virtual assistant (home-based). I was a Business Development Representative for 7 months, then shifted to E-comers where I gained different roles (Client Relations & Data Management, Assistant Director of Client Relations, Assistant General Manager, and HR Director).
