I started off my career as a customer service representative back in 2016 until today, because of my experiences I can say that I have all the qualities of an effective and effecient CSR. I love helping my customers or my clients, every time I resolved concerns or queries it really fulfills me. Aside from being a CSR I got the chance also to work as freelancer for 7 months as a cold caller. Right now, I'm ready to unlock a new challenges and learn new skills and knowledge currently I am working to be an effective VA. I am always excited to learn and grow personally and professionally.
