Hi my name is Shiela, I've been working as a call center agent for 5 years now.I worked with Sprint for 10 months and Retail accounts for 4 years and 5 months. I am currently looking for a job, rest assured that I am fully equipped with all the tools needed. I have a stable internet connection at home. Been doing a Work at Home set up since 2020. I have a noise cancelling headset as well and an office. NO experience in VA world but i am easily trained and willing to learn. Can work in less supervision.
