Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology,
bringing a unique combination of technical and instructional expertise to the
classroom. In addition to my teaching experience, I served as an Administrative
Assistant for 3 years in the Accounting Department, where I managed financial
processes, journal entries, bookkeeping, and accounts payable.With prior experience in customer service roles
at companies such as Accenture and Stream Global Services, I developed strong
communication, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills. My diverse professional
background equips me to efficiently handle both educational and administrative
responsibilities while fostering a supportive and productive learning
