I'm Fed a former call center agent with 6 years of experience in the BPO industry. I want to expand my knowledge and my work experience, I want to try a different field not just being a call center agent. I want to experience a new environment where I can showcase my talent and capabilities. I'm flexible and a hard-working person, passionate about what I'm doing. I hate being late and absent when it comes to work hours. What I can contribute is my call center experience I can do outbound and inbound calls I also have experience being a chat representative. I am willing to be trained and learn new things along the way once I get the job/offer.
