Mindanao with hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) in the
construction industry, specializing in construction staking, structural
support, mechanical/HVAC coordination, and drafting. I combine strong technical
expertise with excellent attention to detail, making me highly effective in
both engineering and remote support roles.I am proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Revit, Microsoft Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint, with practical experience in preparing drawings, assisting with
layouts, interpreting plans, and supporting engineering workflows. My VA

tasks, basic calculations, and coordination work while collaborating remotely

and freelance writing, which strengthens my ability to communicate clearly and
