I am an Accounting Specialist at a private company in Pasig City. In my role, I primarily handle the company's Accounting Payables, ensuring that suppliers are paid on or before the due date. Additionally, I manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and recording sales in our system. I also oversee bank reconciliation and manage the end-to-end payroll process, from timekeeping to bank uploads. Over the past 9 years, I have gained extensive experience in Accounting and Purchasing. In my current role, I have also taken on responsibilities in HR and provided support across different departments due to the impact of the pandemic on our workforce. My colleague and I are learning to cover all aspects of work to help fill the gaps left by affected employees.
