I use tools like Land Insights for comps, along with platforms such as Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor to analyze properties across multiple counties. Most of the deals I’ve worked on are residential land, but I also have experience reviewing select commercial opportunities.
I’ve worked across several U.S. markets including NC, SC, TN, PA, GA, OH, OK, AL, AR, KY, IN, MA, NH, VT, CT, RI, and AZ—giving me a broad understanding of different pricing behaviors and market conditions.
