Accountant

Hi!

I am a Philippine Certified Public Accountant with three years of working experience experience including:
- Content analysis;
- General accounting and bookkeeping (service providers, SPVs such investment holding and property management companies); and
- Philippine tax compliance

I have worked with accounting systems like Yardi and QNE, managing clients' financial records and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

I am currently seeking part-time opportunities to further enhance my skills and knowledge. Particularly, I am willing to perform various tasks such as:
- Virtual Assistance
- Document organization
- Email management
- Data Extracting, Data cleaning, and Data Analysis (Creating Dashboards with Power BI)

I am also eager to learn any accounting software/ tools required for the job such as Quickbooks Online, Xero and Oracle Netsuite, providing accurate and efficient support while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
