As a former operations manager, some skills I possess are strict scheduling, attending to to both employee and customer concerns, as well as implementing rules and regulations. I am also used to with task management apps such as (-----------, notion). I also use google workspace to record and store all data that is needed. I believe my skills are enough to be hired for the position that I am applying for.
