* A graduate of a 4 year course, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management.
* Had a 1 year and 1/2 months experience in Health Care Account, which is Medicare where we pre-qualify the Customer by asking if they do have a Medicare parts A and B and confirming the state they lived in and after which we transfer them to licensed insurance agent
* Currently working in a work from home set up under Debt and Collection Management where we verify the DB and relay the purpose of the call and provide the Issuing agencies contact information along with the DB's case #.
