I am a licensed Social Worker with relevant 7 years’ experience in direct practice involving case management, group work, and community organizing. I had been working with clients involved in legal cases, implementing rehabilitation program and assessing client’s needs in preparation for reintegration to the family and to the mainstream community, assessing family's capacity and facilitating necessary intervention appropriate to address social, financial, and emotional problems they encountered.
I also have experience working in the hospital setting as a Medical Social Worker primarily focusing on psychosocial assessment, mental health support, facilitating training, orientation and seminars in relation to social services assistance, patient rights and strengthening partnership to the stakeholders and other allied professionals for the best interest of the patients.
