I graduated as an Industrial Engineer. I've been a Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst for more than 5 years. My role is to gather data and technical specifications based on what the client needs, create documents based on the specifications, coordinate with the programmer/ developer, test the application, conduct User Acceptance Training and provide support and maintenance after deployment.
