I am a results-oriented and experienced BPO professional with almost 10 years of experience in
customer service, retail banking, and in the biggest video sharing platform. I have a strong track record of
success in performance data analysis, content and creator development, and copyright. I am also a skilled
news desk/writer with a passion for teaching ESL.
I have a proven ability to analyze data and identify trends, which I have used to help content
creators develop and implement performance improvement plans that have resulted in significant increases
in user engagement and revenue. I am also skilled in content and creator development, and I have a deep
understanding of social media policies and copyright law. In my previous role as a News Desk/Writer, I was
responsible for writing and editing news articles and scripts, as well as developing and producing news
content for a daily early morning newscast for radio.
