I was skilled for more than a decade in customer service, I am a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management. My previous job was in the USA with Kroger Company as a Pharmacy Lead Technician. Most of my past roles have been related to customer support or service.
My extensive experience in the customer service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed customer expectations, and I have gracefully assisted both colleagues and customers in various settings. I have that strong hold personality when it comes to that. I easily adapt to changes, eager to learn new things everyday and easy to get to.
