I am a product trainer for multiple programs in a BPO industry for more than 2 years. Programs are mainly financial technology, pest control, back office and a healthcare. Like everyone else, I started as an agent and performed well during my tenure to be promoted into my current role. While some might say 2 years work experience is shorter compared to others, I'd like to say I reached new heights given that short period of time.I got promoted to a Trainer a year after my employment and I am very proud to say that I am the only multi skilled trainer in my site and helped launched 3 different programs. I was selected out of the 8 trainers after series of evaluation. Within that 2 years, my experience in handling different type of business and clients have prepared me to enhance my customer service skills that is able to adapt to any situation making sure that the best resolution is provided.
