My role as a Measurement & Report Analyst is to provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other operational metrics to our stakeholders. It involves preparing recurring (daily, weekly, monthly) reports or ad hoc reports to our stakeholders with the use of tools such as Excel and Power BI, as well as providing them analysis and insights to further assist them in their business needs. In addition, we identify opportunities to automate and streamline the reports to enhance further our productivity, allowing us to focus more on giving insights and analysis based on the data we have to our stakeholder.
