I graduated from Ateneo de Zamboanga University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and have over three years of experience working in clinical and diagnostic healthcare settings. I am a registered nurse. And I started in the imaging department of Precision Diagnostics as a receptionist. In that role, I managed appointment scheduling, patient coordination for radiology procedures, and handled inquiries both in person and over the phone.
I also worked as an ICU nurse at Ciudad Medical Zamboanga. In the ICU, I work closely with doctors and the healthcare team to provide critical care to seriously ill patients. My daily responsibilities include following doctors’ orders, handling medical documents, handling charts and clinical notes, administering medication, endorsing patient care during shift changes, and assisting and working in the ER setting when needed.
In addition, I completed Virtual Medical Assistant training, where I gained skills in medical scribing, patient care, and the use of EHR systems, particularly DrChrono and ECW. I am HIPAA-certified and have ACLS certification, which further enhances my ability to manage both administrative and clinical tasks efficiently. I’m committed to attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
