Hi! Good morning. My name is Jasmin Mae Pitogo, 22 years old and i live at Imus Cavite, Philippines.
I do have an experience of being a chat support representative and a marketing assistant at an E- commerce company.
The duties that I did as a chat support representative is to engage people. Why should they buy our products? and will they benefit if they will buy it? As a chat support representative, we need to give them knowledge about our products. Also, we will explain the difference between our products and other products from different stores. They also need to see that we are not just selling, we are helping them to make life easier that is why we are offering them our items. Our key is to help them, not just getting their money or waste their money. We should also have a connections between the seller and the customer.
On the other side, the duties that I did as a marketing assistant is product research, facebook ads, creating ad caption and editing pictures for the market post. My knowledge at facebook ads is basic but I am capable and willing to expand my learnings about it.
And my last experience is being an email support and content moderator at a BPO company.
Why should you hire me? Even if I don’t have a background knowledge or experience at an e-commerce company, I will push myself to apply at your company. That how dedicated, hard working and a risk-taker I am. I can also be easily trained and I am very dedicated to my work. I am not easily distracted woman, I am can do multi-task and problem solving.
