I bring several years of experience in the hospitality industry, including my time with InterContinental Hotels Group IHG, where I advanced from Guest Communications to a Guest Services Supervisor role. Beyond my hotel background, I have worked with multiple short term rental companies in the United States, as well as a Denmark based firm.
In these roles, particularly within the short term rental sector, I managed end to end operations, including guest and owner communications, coordination of cleaning and maintenance services, and liaison with third party vendors for issues such as HVAC and other property related concerns.
