I am currently a Case Manager at River's Professional Recruitment & Charting Services where I manage Nursing, Rehab, and CHHA/MSW department. My job requires me to email, text or call agency referrals of patients that our staff can do home health visits to. I follow up the visits of my nurses to my patients and reports them back to the agencies.
