I'm an Operations Professional with over 10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and business operations, plus 1.5 years supporting a U.S. real estate investment company as a Real Estate Operations & Transaction Coordinator.
I enjoy helping businesses stay organized, improve processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly so business owners can focus on growth.
In my most recent role, I coordinated real estate transactions from contract to close, managed MLS listings, maintained Follow Up Boss, and worked closely with buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep transactions moving and ensure nothing fell through the cracks.
I also supported acquisitions by researching properties, preparing property summaries and investment analyses, verifying property information, managing lead pipelines, and coordinating with multiple teams throughout the transaction process.
What I enjoy most is bringing structure to busy environments. I like learning new systems, improving workflows, and being someone the team can rely on to keep things organized and moving forward.
