I am a Certified Public Accountant for almost 8 years, with work experience to various industries. I’ve graduated at Tomas Del Rosario College, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with Academic Distinction. I worked as a Senior Accountant 2 at Botkeeper PH, Inc., wherein I performed final review of Management Reports, preparation of month end notes based on the financial status of more or less 70 clients per month and I handle all partner/client communication during US business hours. In addition, I also assist with the preparation of working papers and process documents for complex procedures and I address concerns/ queries from the tea-----------mbers. When I had free time during my duty, I helped in the processing of transactions and posting of journal entries to prevent delays in the preparation of reports. I have knowledge in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online and Xero in managing the financial information of multiple companies.
Further, I had an experience with Audit, I have been a part of Commission on Audit as State Auditing Examiner 2 for more than 3 years, where I handled two (2) Government Agencies. I’ve conducted Audit of collections and disbursements, verification of Trial Balances and Financial Statements, evaluation of Internal Control System and preparation of Management Letter and Cash Examination Reports.
Moreover, I have been employed as a Bookkeeper/Cash Clerk at Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, wherein I accomplished; budget for 2019 of the branch, reconciled taxes withheld and remitted for the year-----------and reconciled discrepancy on cash disbursing officer account for the year-----------. I handled the preparation of Books of Accounts, Month-end Reports (Recapitulation of Accounts, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation Statement and Fund Transfer Schedule), Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable Aging and Collection Efficiency of Agents, and withholding tax of Agents and Suppliers. I also assisted in the preparation of Disbursement Voucher and analysis of accounts.
Alongside my professional experience and qualification, I am someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys collaborating with other professionals in achieving common goals.
