I've been working as a customer service representative at teleperformance Cebu for 1 year and a half. And also I have the experience to work with a foreign employer as guest services representative for 5 months, it's just unfortunate that that company been facing difficulty that they need to let go all their overseas worker. I've encountered many types of people, dealing/ resolving with different problems everyday. I can work with a team or as an individual.
