I have over eight years of experience in the industry and I bring to the table my expertise in customer service and interpersonal communication. As an IT degree holder, I also have the technical proficiency required to perform tasks efficiently.
I transitioned to freelancing in 2023, after which I worked as an appointment setter and virtual administrator for a credit repair company. While I did not have prior experience related to that field, my adaptability has allowed me to quickly learn the ropes of the industry. I eventually became the point person for the day-to-day operations of the company.
