I am licensed attorney with an academic background in both law and English. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Studies, focusing on Anglo-American Literature which has significantly advanced my communication, analytical, and research abilities - essential in the practice of law. With this background, I pursued a career in law, combining my passion for language and literature with my interest in culture, politics, and the law.
Additionally, I have worked as a freelance speechwriter and copy editor for an elective official, drafting speeches that address a diverse audience and aligned with said official's policy agenda. I briefly worked at the Department of Justice in the office of the City Prosecutor in Metro Manila where I was responsible for drafting Resolutions, Information, and other communications from said office, as well as assisting with the conduct of Inquest Proceedings and Preliminary Investigations.
