Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

I am an experienced customer service and finance professional with a strong background in accounts receivable management and client commu-----------tion. From April to September 2025, I worked as a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer at IDP Ltd, where I managed end-to-end AR processes including invoice report, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections. I collaborated with clients and internal teams to resolve billing concerns, ensure accurate transaction posting, and support efficient cash flow operations.


Previously, from November 2023 to March 2025, I served as a Senior Escalations Representative at Wells Fargo, specializing in resolving high-priority concerns related to auto loan services, account maintenance, and vehicle repossession. The role required extensive research, analytical thinking, and strong business writing skills to deliver timely and accurate resolutions while upholding customer satisfaction.


Before that, I worked as a Customer Care Specialist at American Express, where I managed credit card accounts, conducted KYC updates, and delivered excellent customer service. My performance excellence was recognized with a Gold Award for consistently exceeding service targets.


I also gained valuable experience as an Account Specialist III at JP Morgan Chase, handling mortgage loan accounts, escrow analysis, and property tax inquiries.


I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Literature Studies from Far Eastern University. In addition, I am proficient in data management, social media administration, and internet telephony systems, making me a versatile and dependable professional capable of providing both financial accuracy and exceptional customer service.
